To me, July in Paris is one of the better months to be alone and to explore, visit the museums or take a few days and visit Normandy or Bordeaux; maybe because the days are longer or the sun sets quite late in. Just remember to enjoy yourself because life is too short for bullshit So, take advantage of the time you have because once July and August because Paris can become somewhat crowed.
Pro-tip: If you ever get stuck in Paris, one of the best places to visit is the Paris Visitors Bureau website: https://en.parisinfo.com
